Dear TSP team,
As the year draws to a close, we are about to welcome the new year. No matter where you are——whether the sun is rising or setting——at this moment, we are all part of the global TSP endeavor, which is now thriving with renewed energy and vitality. From the location selection in North America two years ago in the spring, to the start-up of our machines in North Africa this winter, it has taken us nearly three years to solidify our presence across these two key Eastern and Western markets. This was an exceptionally challenging task but led to a milestone achievement. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to every expatriate, local employees, and all those who supported this journey. This accomplishment belongs to all of us, and as time goes on, its value and significance to TSP’s long-term development will undoubtedly become even more prominent.
To become a technology-driven manufacturing company capable of supporting customers across major global markets——through collaborative development and flexible delivery——is one of TSP’s key strategies in the new circumstances. What truly underpins this strategy is nothing but organization and culture. As our business globalizes, our organization is simultaneously evolving. Cross-time zone awareness, cross-language connection, and cross-cultural collaboration are increasingly becoming part of the daily work in key account management and corporate functions. The TSP philosophy “creating value for our customers while providing platforms for employees to grow” is also fully embodied in this process. Moreover, during the recent internal slogan initiative, the phrase “Global Vision, Local Craftsmanship” emerged, concise yet powerful, perfectly capturing the essence of the company’s strategy at this stage and resonates deeply with all who encounter it.
Culture is the pervasive personality of an organization——rooted in its values, yet extending far beyond them. Within TSP’s core values, the principle of “Seeking Truth” holds an indispensable and even irreplaceable position. Delusions, lies, and hypocrisy not only destroy collaboration but also completely ruin the very soil for innovation. The pursuit of truth and authenticity pertains not only to economic principles and industry cycles but also to our inner lives and our growth. And these elements are unquestionable foundations of a learning organization.
Looking ahead to 2026, one certainty remains: we will continue to operate in a world and a market defined by uncertainty. The fierce competition in China’s automotive industry will not end overnight, while our overseas operations also require time for learning and growth. Therefore, the challenges ahead remain substantial. However, in the initial stage of regional business expansion, as long as we stay true to our original aspirations——creating value in return for customers’ trust, and encouraging our employees’ growth through shared success, I believe we will undoubtedly embrace a future as limitless as the sky.
